Brygget for Tanke Journal

I’ve been writing in it every morning with my second cup, and the prompts actually make me pause instead of just scrolling my phone. The pages have a nice weight to them, and it’s become a ritual I look forward to.

Spilled my espresso on page three and honestly, the smudge just added to the vibe, which is exactly what I needed from a journal that lets you vent without judgment. The prompts are sharp enough to get the real thoughts out, not just the polite ones.

My therapist would be way cheaper if they came with this kind of humor—the prompts actually got me writing down stuff I've been avoiding for months. The cover feels sturdy enough to toss in my bag with my laptop, and the pages have that nice, uncoated texture that takes a pen without smudging.
